The atmosphere and spirit of each city is different. It somehow pulls you in. It takes you away from you. Some of its streets are shaped by the influence of religion, some are art, some are architecture, and some are culture. San Francisco welcomes you here, especially with its tumultuous city life, dancers in its squares, homeless people on every corner, immigrants from Asia rather than Americans, and steep hills that are very difficult to walk.

Mark Twain said, "I spent the coldest winter of my life in a San Francisco summer." It really is a strange city. Freezing cold at once, summer heat an hour later. San Francisco is the place where, all of a sudden, the beautiful light that the bright sun hits on your face, where the fog covers everything, the skyscrapers, bridges, and the city disappear in the fog.
1. Union Square

It is in the heart of the city. As Christmas approaches, they set up a giant Christmas Tree in the park right in the middle of it, and next to it is a giant ski slope. But if you want, you can just sip wine and watch the square.
Even if you get tired of shopping, there are all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is Cheese Cake Factory, one of the famous restaurant chains of America, on the terrace of the big Macy's store across the park. I do not love this restaurant's food, but the view on the terrace is stunning. It is a good option if you want to "wait in a long line as long as you want to eat here against the city's center."
Just below Union Square, Powell Street, San Francisco's iconic "cable car" is the main station of the nostalgic streetcar. One-way ticket; $7. This is not exactly what you know; You are free to travel happily as a child hanging outstanding. You can get on Powell Street and go to the last stop, Fisherman's Wharf, for a mini-city tour.
2. Painted Ladies

This is the painted women's district, the subject of postcards, where Hayes and Steiner streets intersect. You will see the most beautiful and cutest houses in Alamo Square, which houses colorful dwellings alongside Victorian architecture. Like London's Notting Hill, many of them have been the subject of American TV series.
3. Fisherman's Wharf

When you get off the tram at Fisherman's Wharf, you will have to walk 2 blocks straight so that you can get to the famous touristic area. It's a very crowded area, especially if the weather is nice. Here you can take a walk along the beach, watch the people show and collect money on the pavement, sit down and have something to drink. You should visit Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, museums, and shopping malls located here. I think especially the sea lions at Pier 39 must be seen.

4. Golden Gate

Destination Golden Gate Bridge. One of the symbols of the city. It is one of the most famous of the 500 thousand bridges in the USA. It is 48 stories tall.
It has magic that affects you as soon as you see it. I don't know if it is because the construction of one building is not allowed around it, but it is one of the most beautiful bridges I have ever seen. If you have the opportunity, you should rent a bike and visit both sides of it. You will discover great places to take photos.
My last recommendation is to see the entire city, including the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay Bridge as if you are under your feet from the Twin Peaks landscape hill, which is approximately 280 m high.
5. Lombard Street

Another symbol of the city is Lombard Street. I'm sure many of you know the importance of this street, but I will briefly touch on it again. This street, which is unique in the world, is one of the most frequent stops for tourists, consisting of 8 small but very sharp bends surrounded by colorful flowers. You can get off by car at a speed of 5 miles with your 4 lamps on, or you can get off on foot and take lots of photos.
6. Silicon Valley
